Gravbrot caters for a wide range of tastes and prides itself on fresh, wholesome winter food for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. We firmly believe good food is an essential part of every day in the snow and a key element which brings people together.
Dinner fare includes:
Gnocchi with herb and mushroom sauce, served with green salad/herb vinaigrette and crusty bread, followed by caramelised oranges and ice cream.
Chicken breast, pumpkin and baby mushroom rissoto, served with tossed salad of orange, red onion and mixed greens, followed by apple and fig honey bread pudding with King Island cream.
Chick Pea and Pumpkin curry served with pappadums, fresh tomato sambal and rice, followed by home-made apple pie, ice cream and cream.
Roast lamb, beef and pork served with light fluffy mashed potatoes and baked vegetables, followed by hot fresh fruit salad served with creamy vanilla yoghurt and ice cream.
