On wakening to the aroma of fresh coffee you will be treated to a traditional continental breakfast. Tempting you back to the lodge for lunch is homemade soups and crusty home baked bread.

Dinner fare includes:
Rich Osso Bucco served with sweet potato mash and fresh green beans.
Caramelized peach, cardamom and ginger pudding with King Island cream.

Shepherds Pie Rogan Josh style, tossed salad of orange, red onion and mixed greens.
Followed by peach panna cotta with Turkish delight.

Corned beef, soured cabbage and creamy mash.
Apple pie, ice cream and cream.
