Booking Tips
- All rates include GST.
- All prices are in Australian dollars.
- Adult and child rates are per night, per person. Child rates apply for guests under 16 years.
- Friday and Saturday nights are booked as a unit.
- Maximum occupancy is five people in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7; four people in room 5; and three people in room 6.
- The online booking system allows a maximum of four people per room. If you are a family of five and require one room, please email us with your request.
- The safety and wellbeing of members, guests and management is always our highest priority.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before the booking date: 90% refund.
- Within 21 days of the booking date: 50% refund.
- Within 5 days of the booking date: no refund.
- The cancellation and refund terms above apply to booking changes.
- Refunds may apply for COVID-19 lockdown cancellations.
- Applications for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing by emailing bookings@gravbrot.com.
Snow Guarantee
When choosing accommodation, look for the Hotham Snow Guarantee. Hotham offers some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, but alpine conditions can still vary.
If there are fewer than three eligible lifts operating at Hotham two days before your check-in date due to lack of snow, you may be eligible for accommodation credit or a refund under the Snow Guarantee conditions.
The Snow Guarantee only applies when lifts cannot open due to lack of snow on the major trail they service. It does not apply when lifts are closed because of wind hold, low visibility, temporary maintenance or a combination of weather-related factors.
