Booking tips

  • All rates include GST.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Adult and Child rates are per night per person. Child is under 16 years.
  • Friday and Saturday nights are booked as a unit.
  • Maximum five people per rooms 1,2,3,4,7; four people in room 5 and three people in room 6.
  • The online booking system has a maximum of four people per room so if you’re a family of 5 and require one room, please email us with your request.
  • The safety and well being of our members, guests and management are of the highest importance.

Cancellations

  • Prior to 21 days of the booking date, 90% refund.
  • Within 21 days of the booking date, 50% refund.
  • Within 5 days of the booking date, no refund will be given.
  • The cancellation and refunds stipulated above will apply to any booking changes
  • 100% refund may be applicable to COVID-19 Lockdown cancellations.
  • Applications for cancellations or refunds need to be submitted in writing by emailing bookings@gravbrot.com

When choosing accommodation look for the Hotham Snow Guarantee*. Hotham offers some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, however all skiers know that mother nature can be fickle.

If, due to lack of snow, there are less than three lifts (inclusive of at least 1 lift that services an intermediate trail) operating at Hotham two days prior to the check-in date of your snow holiday, you may choose to receive a credit or full refund on all pre-paid accommodation and lift company products. If you decide to wait less than two days before your check-in date to see if further lifts open, the credit or refund will be granted based on the number of lifts operational due to lack of snow on the day you request a refund. You may not cancel your holiday on the check-in date. The Snow Guarantee only applies if a lift cannot open due to lack of snow on the major trail it services. The guarantee does not apply if lifts are on wind hold – ie not able to open due to high winds, low visibility or a combination of these weather elements or undergoing temporary maintenance.
